Helena was built at Moen Båtbyggeri in Risør in 1946. She is a large solid wooden ship, constructed according to all the rules of shipbuilding. Her powerful dimensions and wide decks provide plenty of space both outside and inside.
Helena was built at Moen Båtbyggeri in Risør in 1946. She is a large solid wooden ship, constructed according to all the rules of shipbuilding. Her powerful dimensions and wide decks provide plenty of space both outside and inside. In the aft saloon is Helena's large bar, and in the main saloon there is seating for up to 70 guests. However, the outdoor area is Helena's real strength, with seating for up to 140 guests.
On hot (or wet) days we draw large sun sails over both decks and, if desired, the main deck also has walls with panoramic windows. This gives the boat the comfort we need to be able to take out up to 180 guests.
